By purchasing our Services, as described below, you agree, without qualification or limitation, to be bound by the Refund Policy set forth herein (this “Refund Policy”). Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing our Services. If you do not agree to be bound by our Refund Policy, please do not purchase our Services.

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ for workshop facilitation, consulting, online training, group coaching, individual coaching, speaking engagements, and materials (collectively, the “Services”), and that payment options may vary from one offering to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Service very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate that or other Adaptive Roots policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who do not attend one of our Services or are not personally satisfied with the Services.

Refunds for Group Coaching, Online Training, and Materials

Adaptive Roots offers refunds for payments made for group coaching, training, and training materials. However, refunds must be requested within fourteen (14) days of registration. Once Services begin, a refund shall not be available. For the avoidance of doubt, even if you request a refund within fourteen (14) days, if the Services have begun, then Adaptive Roots shall not give you a refund. Refunds, if any, will be for the price of the services plus tax, excluding any processing fees.

Refunds for Workshop Facilitation, Individual Coaching, Consulting, and Speaking Engagements

Refunds for workshop facilitation, speaking engagements, individual career coaching, and consulting will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Except as expressly provided otherwise herein, any notice to us that is required or permitted by this Refund Policy shall be in writing and shall be deemed effective upon receipt when delivered in person, certified or overnight mail, or by e-mail, to:
