Hi, I’m Dr. Stephanie Pearl, founder and principal of Adaptive Roots Consulting. I’m committed to helping life scientists and food systems leaders achieve their fullest potential and advance science in service to an equitable society. My work in agriculture stems from my belief that all lives have equal value and that no one should go hungry. I draw from more than 15 years of combined experience in academic research, government science administration, strategic communication, and group facilitation.
